Asadul is a tech entrepreneur with explicit domain expertise in travel, real estate, and mortgage industries. He has traveled extensively around the world and has previously founded four technology startups. These are among the many domains in which he possesses deep expertise.

Mr. Alam was born in Bangladesh and holds dual citizenship in Canada and Bangladesh. His father, Mr. Shah Alam, is a businessman and a graduate with a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. His mother, Mrs. Hosna Ara Begum, a homemaker, also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same university. Mr. and Mrs. Alam have three children. Their eldest daughter, Dr. Tasnim Akter, FCPS, is a Specialist Physician (Gynecologist) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Their youngest son, Mr. Kausarul Alam, is a banker who earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Mr. Alam completed his early education at Collegiate High School and Chittagong College, institutions renowned for producing many distinguished individuals, including Nobel Laureate Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yunus, along with numerous accomplished professionals, scientists, and business leaders.
After completing his schooling, he attended one of the top-ranked private universities in Chittagong, Bangladesh. In 2000, he received an opportunity to transfer academic credits to the University of California, Berkeley (an Ivy League–equivalent institution in the United States); however, he could not proceed due to visa restrictions following the events of September 11, 2001. Subsequently, he transferred to the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, where he pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and graduated in 2002 at the age of 23.

In 2006, Mr. Alam founded a software company in Canada named Infinite Tech Comm. Solution. Later that same year, he visited the United States to explore broader career opportunities and discovered potential in the software consulting business. During this time, he was accepted into the Master of Information Systems program at Dakota State University, Madison, South Dakota, which offered both online and on-campus learning options.

After returning to Bangladesh in 2011, Mr. Alam established another software company, Advance IT and Business Solution Ltd., in Chittagong, while also managing his father’s real estate business. His company became a member of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS), and the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI). He is recognized as one of the pioneers of e-commerce development in Bangladesh.

Currently, Mr. Alam has launched a U.S.-incorporated technology startup, which has been accepted for ongoing funding in Silicon Valley, USA. His innovative venture aims to make a global impact by creating technology-driven opportunities that benefit people worldwide.
Throughout his life, Mr. Alam has been dedicated to social welfare and humanitarian causes. His contributions include supporting organizations such as the Canadian Blood Services, Red Cross International (Canada), Human Rights Watch, and Pledge 1% (a global entrepreneurship initiative). He has also participated in several cyberbullying prevention programs across the United States and Canada.

Mr. Alam’s dedication to technology, professional excellence, and human rights has been both consistent and remarkable. His family background also reflects a strong legacy of social service—his father established a school in their home village and regularly donates to community causes, while his elder sister provides free medical consultations to underprivileged patients.

Based on his family values, societal contributions, and professional achievements, Mr. Asadul Alam is regarded as a promising intellectual and social asset to both his community and the global society.
